REFUND POLICY

​We want you to love what you order from JinkoModa—but if it’s not quite right, here’s how we make it right.

1. Returns

 

If you’re not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Just make sure:

 

  • It’s unused, unworn, and in original condition (tags on, no makeup marks, no weird smells)

  • You’ve got proof of purchase (like your order number)

 

Return shipping costs are on you unless the item was faulty.

 

 

2. Refunds

 

Once we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. This can take 3–5 working days depending on your bank.

 

Heads up:

 

  • We don’t refund original shipping fees

  • We don’t refund items damaged from wear and tear, accidents, or misuse

 

 

3. Exchanges

 

Want to swap for a different size or design? No problem—just return the original item and place a new order. We process exchanges the same way as refunds.

 

 

4. Faulty or Wrong Items

 

If we sent you something damaged or incorrect, we’re so sorry. Email us at studio@jinkomoda.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it—fast.

 

 

5. Sale Items

 

Sale or discounted items are final sale unless they’re faulty. No refunds or exchanges otherwise.

 

 

6. How to Start a Return

 

Email studio@jinkomoda.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll give you the return address and instructions.
