Shipping Policy

At JinkoModa, we know how important it is for you to receive your purchase in a timely manner. That's why we work hard to make sure all orders are shipped as soon as possible. Each piece is made to order, so please allow up to 7-15 business days for production.

 

After production is complete, your art order will be shipped via First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the size of your order.  For international orders, please allow up to 3-5 weeks for delivery. If you have any questions about our shipping policy, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes you may not be completely satisfied with your Order.

 

If you’d like to return your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

We are always happy to discuss how to return your product and will work hard to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome.

All returns must be in their original condition and must include all original packaging and accessories. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, altered, or used in any way. Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
